Emma: "So thanks for bringing your baby in today buuuuuuuuuuuut, she has swine flu."
Sophie: "It doesn't matter."
Emma: "Well it kind of does matter because I'm not the kind of doctor that takes care of swine flu. There's nothing I can do."
Sophie: "Oh YEAH? Well too bad. I'll pick her up on Monday."
